In the
latest version of appmover, users can provide feedback directly to the operator
through the application. The feature’s availability is at the operator's
discretion.
The new and
optional feedback feature is intended to give users of the appmover app the
opportunity to directly contact operators. This feature is especially useful in
case of any issues or queries. Additionally, users can express their general
feedback on the app or their user experience.
Directly sharing feedback is designed to demonstrate to users that they constitute a significant part of the appmover peer-to-peer community and can make a meaningful contribution to refining the system. Simultaneously, this characteristic provides a financially profitable extension for operators by streamlining communication channels.
The backend provides specific control over the new feedback feature, allowing operators to determine its optional availability in the appmover app. Upon activation, an icon is automatically shown in the appmover app, providing users with one-click direct access to an operator. Communication subsequently occurs via email.
